By accepting a quotation, placing an order, or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotations & Pricing
2.1 All quotations are valid for 7 to 14 calendar days from date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2 All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
2.3 JMR Brand Dynamics is not VAT registered. No VAT will be added to any invoice.
2.4 All product prices listed are exclusive of branding, setup fees, courier charges, and any additional services, unless otherwise specified.
2.5 All orders are subject to supplier stock availability at the time of order confirmation and payment.
2.6 While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions (E&OE).
3. Branding, Setup Fees & Personalisation
3.1 Branding charges apply per item and per branding method selected.
3.2 Setup fees apply per product, per branding method, and per design.
3.3 If multiple designs are required for the same order, each design will incur a separate setup fee.
3.4 Personalisation (e.g., individual names, variable data, or unique artwork per item) is not included in standard branding pricing and must be quoted separately upon request.
3.5 Any artwork redrawing, logo conversion, or file preparation required to make artwork production-ready may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Full payment is required upfront in order to confirm and process any order. No deposits or partial payments will be accepted.
4.2 Production will only commence once payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
4.3 We reserve the right to withhold production, dispatch, or release of goods until full payment has been received.
5. Artwork & Design Approval
5.1 Digital artwork proofs will be provided for approval prior to production.
5.2 Written approval (via email or WhatsApp) is required before production begins.
5.3 Once written approval has been provided, the Customer accepts full responsibility for all spelling, layout, positioning, colour selection, and design accuracy.
5.4 No changes or cancellations will be permitted once production has commenced.
5.5 Any revisions requested prior to final approval may affect production lead times.
6. Production & Lead Times
6.1 Estimated lead times are generally 5 to 10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
6.2 Final lead times will be confirmed and communicated to the Customer after artwork approval.
6.3 Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, branding method, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Product Representation & Colour Variations
7.1 Product colours, branding colours, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly from digital proofs, catalogues, or website images due to lighting, material differences, and printing processes.
7.2 Pantone colour matching will be approximated as closely as possible; however, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
7.3 Fluorescent and metallic Pantone colours cannot be precisely matched in standard digital printing processes.
7.4 Minor variations in print positioning or finish shall not constitute a defect.
8. Delivery, Collection & Risk
8.1 The Customer is responsible for all courier and delivery charges, which are charged separately and are not included in product pricing unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quotation.
8.2 Where a Customer requests a formal quotation prior to placing an order, the applicable courier and delivery charges may, where possible, be included in the quotation together with the products or services being quoted on.
8.3 For orders placed directly via the Website without a prior formal quotation, courier and delivery charges will be calculated separately after the order has been placed, based on the final packed shipment, including but not limited to the number of parcels, the weight and dimensions of each parcel, the delivery destination, and any special packaging or handling requirements.
8.4 Orders may be collected from Springs, Gauteng, or dispatched via courier.
8.5 Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon collection or upon handover to a third-party courier.
8.6 JMR Brand Dynamics shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
